- We require a 50% deposit or 1 night accommodation rate, whichever is the greater. This confirms and secures your booking
- Deposits can be paid by credit card or bank deposit
Cancellation Policy
- A "non-arrival" = NO REFUND
IF WE RE-BOOK YOUR ROOM, 10% HANDLING FEE CHARGED, OTHERWISE THE FOLLOWING APPLIES: - Less than one week's notice = NO REFUND
- 1 - 2 Week's notice = 25% refund
- 2 - 4 Week's notice = 50% refund
- 4 Weeks or more notice = Handling fee 10%
- No refunds for early departures, unless we can rebook the room, then refund can be considered
Child Policy
- Children over the age of 12yrs are considered adults
